Reservation deposit
• Deposits are credited to your total on the day of your visit.• Non-refundable & non-transferable• Please upload a screenshot of your successful payment in the photo upload section when booking.• One deposit secures one client’s appointment. For group visits, each guest must submit their own deposit.• Expect a confirmation from the admin either end of day or morning the next day.• Your reservation is only secured only after your deposit has been verified in our system.
Terms & Conditions
• Reschedules:- More than 72 hrs notice: keeps the deposit + ₱300 fee (must be paid at the time of the request)- Less than 72 hrs notice: forfeited deposit (new deposit required for new slot)- Request to reschedule can be done by messaging our official page.• Tardiness:- Grace Period: 20mins- 21-30mins: ₱300 (Design will be changed to a simpler style : Plain old money colors)- 31mins & up: Reservation is cancelled (will be treated as a "<72hrs reschedule")• Cancellation/No call No show:- As each Clawsified reservation is prepared exclusively for you, noticed cancellation (regardless of reason) instances result in a forfeited deposit & cancellation fee of ₱400 and should be paid at the time of notice.- To preserve the integrity of our booking system for cases of no shows, deposit is forfeited & future appointments may be restricted.
